Returns:

Can I exchange a product?

Products once received, cannot be exchanged.

 

Can I return a product?

Products once purchased, cannot be returned. Returns will only be processed in exceptional situations such as:

  1. Delivery of a damaged product
  2. Delivery of an incorrect product

However, please feel free to write to info@appuseries.com, if you have any concerns. Our team will review requests on a case-by-case basis.

 

What if I receive a damaged product?

While we ensure that our products are packed to withstand any potential damage due to shipping, there might be rare instances in which that might happen.

In such instances, please email us at info@appuseries.com, within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with images of the damaged product.

Once your complaint is reviewed by our quality assurance team, a replacement product will be dispatched within 2 business days.

Should a replacement product not be available, your entire order amount will be refunded.

Any complaints made beyond 48 hours of receiving the product, will be processed at the sole discretion of Appu Series.

 

What if I receive a different product?

In the unlikely event that you receive a product different from that which was ordered, please email us at info@appuseries.com, within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with images of the product.

Once your complaint is reviewed by our quality assurance team, a replacement product will be dispatched within 2 business days and the incorrect product will be picked up.

Should a replacement product not be available, your entire order amount will be refunded, and the incorrect product picked up.

Any complaints made beyond 48 hours of receiving the product, will be entertained at the sole discretion of Appu Series.

 

Cancellations:

Can I cancel my order?

All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Post that, orders can only be cancelled subject to not being dispatched yet.

 

Refunds:

What is your refund policy?

If you receive a damaged product or a product different from what you ordered, should you choose not to receive a replacement product, you can claim a full refund against your order.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of being placed are entitled to a full refund.

Refunds will be issued to the source from which the payment was made.

 

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once processed refunds will take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
